Our professional planning fees cover a wide variety of tasks and services including but not limited to:

Planning Fees
My planning fee is a one-time payment per household per trip. I'm available to book all elements of your travel as listed above
Professional Planning Fee
$200 / Household
The professional planning fee allows me to plan, research and book every element of your vacation from the list above, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style.
Group Travel Planning
$350 / Group Planner
Before bringing together a group of your favorite friends, family, followers, or clients I will work with the group organizer to curate the perfect itinerary. Each traveling household will then work with me individually to align their travel arrangements with the group plan, while at the same time meeting their personal travel needs. This is a planning and research service only.
Emergency Support / Rebooking Fee
$200 / Household
Do you need to cancel your trip and rebook the same vacation for a later date? I can take care of the tiny details from canceling each element of your current booking to confirming new dates. Should you need rebooking services while you are away I can also take full care of that.

Collaboratively, the travel advisor and clients embark on the planning phase, meticulously selecting accommodations, transfers, dining options, excursions, and activities, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

The travel advisor assumes responsibility for all planning aspects, ensuring that every detail is meticulously arranged for clients' convenience and enjoyment. This allows clients to relax and enjoy their vacation experience without concerns, knowing that every aspect of their trip has been expertly taken care of.
